Restore packs you bought
Packs are tied to your Apple ID. After reinstalling Parlific or moving to a new iPhone or iPad, open Settings in Parlific and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought them with.
Download French voices
Parlific speaks with the French voices built into your device. If it asks you to download one, open the Settings app, then go to Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → French and download an Enhanced or Premium voice. They are free.
I can't hear anything
Turn up your device's volume with the volume buttons or in Control Center. Parlific speaks even when the silent switch is on. If you use Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, check their volume too.
Free trials
Each paid pack can be tried free for one day, once per Apple ID. Trials never turn into a charge. When a trial ends, the pack stays on your device, locked, until you buy it.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Parlific has no accounts and keeps your packs, bookmarks and settings on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy for details.
